Get ready to stretch it out and get grounded at Groove & Glow!
Groove & Glow is back and this time we’re serving up continental breakfast for free. Come out to enjoy some light morning bites before we get grounded in a sound bath led by Nah Nah and head into our flow state by the Houston Yoga Hottie, Dari. Afterwards, we’ll have some time to settle back into ourselves, mingle with friends (new or the ones you came with), and have some more to eat before we head out.
