Join the Sesh community for a day of Pomodoro Coworking!
What is the Pomodoro Method? A time management method where you do focused work for 25-minute intervals and then take a 5 minute break. Like interval training, but for work!
What to expect:
We’ll begin at 8:50am with a brief introduction to everyone and the schedule. Then we’ll set the timer to begin at 9am. A sample of the schedule follows below.
9:00am – 9:25am – Focus
9:25am – 9:30am – Break
9:30am – 9:55am – Focus
9:55am – 10:00am – Break
So on and so forth until 12pm. At which point we’ll break for lunch and free-style work.
During the breaks, we’ll get coffee, refill on water, snack, step outside for some sunshine, stretch, etc.
