Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t get the doors OPEN! Open your booking email, CLICK the access link provide in your email. That link should open in your browser and reveal button(s). PRESS button to unlock door.
If it doesn’t open, COPY & PASTE access link into browser. Insure BLUETOOTH IS ON. Try turning your bluetooth OFF and then ON to reset it. If that doesn’t work call -or- text us (832) 786-8198
Can I get in early? Set-up time needs to be included in your reservation. Entry to your space begins at the start of your reservation.
How do I connect to the monitor? We recommend bringing your own adapter to connect your device via an HDMI cord.
What if I need more time? Text (832) 786-8198 to ensure there isn’t another reservation coming up & we’ll text you an invoice for the additional time.
Where do I park? Is it free? You may park in the lot adjacent to Weights & Measures as well as along Tuam, Dennis and Caroline Streets for FREE!
Can I take furniture from other rooms? NOPE. Those rooms are being used by other members or reservations.
Can I move the furniture in my space? YEP, just put it back so the next person finds it like you were never there.
