DESCRIPTION

Paintings or wall-hangings to adorn the walls of Houston’s 1st female-founded coworking space that will inspire and empower our communities of color, women and the LGBTQ+ community for a period of 12 consecutive months. Sesh will pick 3-5 artists depending on the number, size and body of work submitted.

SESH EXPECTATIONS:

• Drop off your artwork (Name must be on work)
• Labels (size: 2.5″ X 3.5″) that include:
  • Price
  • Title of Work
  • Your Name
  • Type of Media Used
  • Size
  • Contact details (IG, Phone #, email or website – way for people to contact with you)
• Show Up: the more the Sesh community sees you, the more they will remember your story, share your art and be willing to purchase.
• Consider Partnering with Sesh to Co-host events
• Use the Coworking Space as your workspace!

TIMELINE:

• 11/15/24 to 12/10/24 – Call for artists OPEN. 
• 12/11/24 – Closed; Entries reviewed. 
• 12/12/24 – Selected artists contacted & announced. Details regarding art drop-off will be provided then. Sesh will hang art.
