JOB DESCRIPTION

To be first point of contact for current and future clients. The role of Front Desk Position is important to maintain a supportive and professional relationship with existing and potential clients in all stages of their relationship with Sesh.

SUPPORT RESOURCE

The Front Desk is often the first point of contact for people and their Sesh Coworking experience. This position will report to the Sesh managers for guidance and resources to perform their daily responsibilities.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process Payment for day passes and bookings
• Manage meeting space reservations internally and from external platforms
• Understanding and clearly communicating Sesh offerings to inquiries
• Cross and up-sell products
• Manage telephone calls in a friendly and hospitable manner
• Maintain internal calendar and tour appointments
• Document all client interactions in Hubspot
• Distribute Welcome Kit to new Clients
• Facilitate Check-In for all visitors at Sesh
• Prepping meeting spaces for reservations
• Attend all required Sesh team meetings
• Communication with clients via phone, text, and email
• Assist members with their needs and questions
• Coworking space upkeep
• Additional duties may be incorporated relative to individual experience

JOB DETAILS:

• Monday – Friday 7:30am – 2:30pm.
• All major holidays off. 
• Free Parking.
• Salary $36k – $40k annually, based on experience.
• 401k & matching.
• Quarterly one-on-one performance reviews.
• Business casual attire.
