We bought out the contract to our giant old printer, nicknamed Bertha, in April of 2020 because it was cheaper than continuing to pay the monthly fees during the COVID shut-down.

Here we are in Q3 of 2024, having grown our location from it’s original 2,000SF location in Montrose, to our current 21,000SF Midtown location.

Bertha has printed countless flyers, pamphlets, maps, etc over the years and has finally reached retirement as parts are no longer available to continue repairing her. So, to pay homage to her effort and flippant attitude, we’ve asked our community to write loving messages all over Bertha’s exterior.

NOW, to pay homage to every thing we’ve endured since 2016 we’re using Bertha’s remains to “rage against the machine”.

If you would like to participate, we kindly ask that you purchase a $15 ticket for 5 swings. By purchasing a ticket, you understand the risks and accept liability for any harm or injury that comes from swinging the rage out and indemnify The Sesh Foundation and Sesh Coworking from any liability.

All proceeds go to The Sesh Foundation which helps Sesh Coworking continue it’s support in providing free work and gathering space to community organizations and non-profits that support our community of women, people of color and LGBTQ .
